With over 20 years of experience in business development, M&A, and executive leadership, he has a proven track record of accelerating profit growth and building high-performing teams.

Thibault has held senior leadership roles across a diverse range of industries, including staffing, recruitment, luxury, and automotive, leading large-scale teams across Europe and the EMEA region. Prior to joining W Group, he held key positions as Head of Western Europe at Gi Group, CEO at Grafton Recruitment, and Regional Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Page Group, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives and successfully managed mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles with prestigious companies such as Richmond, Gucci, and Valeo.
