Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to customers and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct medication reviews and offer services such as flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and other NHS or private services.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pharmacy, including stock management and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering excellent customer service and professional guidance.
- Support and supervise pharmacy colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Stay up to date with developments in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory changes.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and NHS regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to healthcare.
- Experience in a community pharmacy or retail setting is desirable but not essential.
