The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager/Director in Business Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, you will drive operational efficiencies, process improvements, and large-scale change programs across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
✔️ Apply Lean Six Sigma and process modelling methodologies to optimise business performance
✔️ Drive problem exploration and resolution, using data analysis to inform decision-making
✔️ Champion operational and process excellence, embedding best practices across organisations
✔️ Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget
✔️ Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships
What We're Looking For:
