Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Manager's primary responsibility will be to support the growth of my client by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Their role will involve overseeing and coordinating various marketing activities such as content marketing, event planning, digital marketing, and public relations. The manager will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, events (physical and digital), digital marketing, and PR.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, prospects, partners, and influencers.
- Manage team members, including a Content and a Social Marketing Specialist.
- Analyse campaign results, derive insights and provide recommendations to optimise activities.
- Implement A/B testing into marketing campaigns and channels to optimise conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Define and manage marketing budgets, and report on the ROI of marketing activities.
- Keep up to date with marketing best practices and emerging trends.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Ideally, experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Skilled at managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels (content, events, digital marketing, PR)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders like clients, prospects, partners.
- Public speaking experience for events/conferences
- Experience managing a small team.
