This is an exciting opportunity for a start up based in Central London who have recently secured funding to boost their next stage of growth. They are looking for a senior product designer to take ownership of all design across the business.

- Collaborate closely with our CPO and freelance designer to take charge of product design, championing a user-centred design approach.
- Take charge of design for the mirror application, website, marketing assets, and potentially the hardware (mirror, bench & dumbbells).
- Lead the discovery process and conduct frequent user research, including interviews and testing, in conjunction with the CPO.
- Evaluate and implement design systems to facilitate effective communication with developers.
- Opportunity to potentially assume a leadership role as the design team expands.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product design or UI/UX design within a startup / high growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience of creating and managing design systems and design assets.
- Highly product minded with a good understanding of how to build products.
