Courtney Nelson-Ford

Courtney is a Managing Consultant for our Birmingham office, with close to a decade in Healthcare recruitment experience. He will be an integral part to the growth of our Pharmacy team.

He has worked with several start up companies and divisions showcasing his ability to build from the ground up, forge long lasting relationships and manage a team. Courtney’s background was supporting the NHS staff levels working with their frameworks to guide hospitals towards their “Agenda for Change” ambitions. Experienced in end to end recruitment, BD, headhunting, compliance, audits – you name it he’s done it.
