Emma Bland

Emma is our Procurement & Supply Chain Business Manager, based in W Talent’s Sheffield office. Her specialty is the mid-to-senior market, covering the whole UK.

Emma comes with over 12 years of senior recruitment experience. Her career initially took off in the world of Qualified Finance for a FTSE 250 agency, where she specialised for 11 years before taking on the exciting challenge of a new market in Procurement & Supply Chain. She is historically an Interim recruitment expert, giving her the reputation of being able to turn processes around at breakneck speed, providing rapid and relevant solutions to her clients for both permanent and interim requirements. Over the years, she also ran her own consultancy for 12 months helping boutique agencies develop their client and revenue base.

 A huge believer that the relationships that we harbour between both our clients and candidates are the key to success, she prides herself on putting her customers first and building long-lasting connections through delivering a high calibre service.

Outside of work, Emma is a dog lover, horse rider, amateur dramatics enthusiast and gym-goer! Having attended drama school in Stratford-Upon-Avon, you can often find her treading the boards in various theatres across South Yorkshire; something which channels her energy and has been a big confidence booster over the years.
