Matt Sanders

Matt, Business Manager, has been recruiting finance professionals across the Midlands for nearly a decade. Based in our Birmingham office, Matt oversees all finance-related activities for North Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Holding a degree in Accounting & Finance, Matt has effectively utilised his education in the recruitment field. He has extensive experience in various finance markets, starting with transactional and part-qualified finance roles, moving on to qualified accountants, and now focusing on senior finance appointments. This career progression has equipped Matt with the expertise to identify top talent in the marketplace and become a valued and trusted partner to clients in his specialist area.

Outside of the office, Matt is a sports enthusiast. Running is his top passion, and in the past year, he has participated in both the London and Paris marathons. Beyond sports, Matt has a keen interest in exploring new things and is passionate about giving back, often taking part in challenges and events to raise money and awareness for charities close to his heart.
