Nitasha is the Director of the Commercial business covering the Midlands, heading up the teams across the Commercial Disciplines including HR, Finance including Change & Transformation and Marketing & Digital covering all sectors across Corporate, PE, SME and Consultancy.

Nitasha joins W Talent following an incredibly successful career within a multinational, corporate recruitment company. She is a specialist within the retail arena, her knowledge and experience working and consulting with retailers spans over 12 years. She is passionate about all things trading and commercial.
