Oliver Nevel

Oliver, CEO and Founder, is leading the introduction and growth of W Executive and W Talent. With two decades of experience in search and human capital, Ollie began his journey at a FTSE250, progressing from consultant to Regional Director and ultimately overseeing the customer proposition for the UK and US. Transitioning into an MD role for UK & Ireland, he also established Healthcare and Life Sciences in the UK for another recruitment business. Joining W Group in 2023, Ollie seized the opportunity to assume the role of CEO and Founder for the UK. He has since spearheaded the growth of W Executive to become an already successful challenger brand in the UK market.

As a fitness enthusiast, Ollie has participated in several fitness challenges, including IronMan, endurance cycling and Hyrox events. As a father to three young children, he prioritises showcasing the significance of self-discipline, determination and achievement at every opportunity. Ollie is privileged to be a Trustee on the board of The Birmingham Hospice.
