Ryan, Managing Consultant has over 5 years of experience within Marketing recruitment across a number of different sectors. Based in our Birmingham office, Ryan overseas all Marketing, Digital and Communications recruitment across B2B Services, product, industrial and manufacturing at W Talent.

 Ryan started his recruitment career 5 years ago as an Associate Consultant, specialising in Marketing, Digital & Communications within Financial Services, Professional Services and Business Services organisations, with a particular focus on larger multinationals. Over time, Ryan’s focus broadened, supporting SME organisations with recruitment solutions, and helping to provide more of a holistic consultancy service. Ryan has a particular passion in helping candidates find their perfect next move and supporting clients in bringing the best talent into their business.

 Ryan holds a BSC in Business Management from Bath University and he holds a particular passion for Arsenal, which takes up most of his weekends. He brings a collaborative, energetic and fun work ethic to the office.
